To help us run our business all data we receive is stored with intouch crm who are based in the UK and therefore fall in to the GDPR regulations of Europe.  They have been identified by us as a data processor and have assured us of their data procedures you can check their privacy policy here

How we protect your data

Any data you supply via our website is stored within the server which is secure and the site resides on https://  which is the SSL version of the internet, same as banking and finance have been using for many years.

Any data collected during a course, are kept securely in our office for the length they are required where you pass an exam.  After that period has passed they are securely shredded if paper base or erased from our systems.
