How do we do it?

We use different processes depending on the condition and type of stone. Sandstone can vary greatly in porosity and how open the stone is. This can also vary across the same floor with the same tiles and therefore can look patchy with a highly polished finish. Depending on this we will recommend the best finish for your stone. Because these processes are wet, they are virtually dust free:

Clean and capture process

Our technology allows us to clean your natural stone with complete control for removal of the most ingrained dirt, giving the most thorough cleaning you have ever seen! Depending on the type of stone and condition, we can grind, polish, and/or hone the floors to give the desired result. To finish we apply a seal to protect, which will leave your floors easier to clean and maintain, lengthening their expected life. This could be a topical seal which will give an amazing and durable shine, or an impregnating seal which will give a natural finish and can be applied to a matte or polished stone.

Warning! Hard floors that are unsealed or sealed with poor quality sealers are a sponge for oil, food or beverage spills which can result in permanent staining. Professional cleaning, sealing and maintenance can protect your flooring investment from permanent damage by creating an invisible barrier to reduce spill penetration.
